When Inspector Zenigata is reassigned and a bloodthirsty assassin named Keith is ordered to kill Lupin, there is nothing for Lupin to do but advance his rival`s career prospects. Reuniting the gang, Lupin steals both a high-tech Russian missile submarine and a beautiful young Russian scientist, who has her own past with Jigen to work out. Using the sub to infiltrate the criminal association Shot Shell, Lupin has three objectives: expose the organization to Interpol and get Zenigata back on his case, steal tons of ill-gotten loot, and most importantly, stay alive!
