* Based on Piyo`s sports comedy manga Teekyuu, serialised in Comic Earth Star.Four girls make up Kameido High School`s Tennis Club, but they do not actually get in much tennis practice; first-year Oshimoto Yuri and second-years Shinjou Kanae, Takamiya Nasuno, and Bandou Marimo have all long been more likely to get into all sorts of situations, and their daily-life adventures continue. For example, an alien named Tomarin brings Marimo lunch and is shown around the school; on a visit to the public aquarium Marimo is all set to go fishing with her trident; Kondou of the school paper tests the truth of an urban legend on Yuri; Kanae drags Yuri along for some meteor-shower viewing; the girls spend a tumultuous day at the beach; only to end up adrift somewhere on the ocean; Kondou`s older sister shows up and together with Yuri they manage to take a paranormal photo; Kanae and her mother visit grandmother who lives in the African desert…— written by foo2Note: The Japanese broadcast separates Teekyuu into 12 episode long seasons, even when they air as a single block.
